Why doesn’t the “Set screensaver” policy work?

To troubleshoot the Set screensaver policy:

  • While the device is charging, verify the screensaver settings set is as applied. Most devices only activate the screen saver while the device is charging.

If you continue to experience issues with the Set screensaver policy on Knox Manage, contact customer support by logging into your dashboard.
