Use Knox Remote Support

With Knox Remote Support, you can perform a remote support session to troubleshoot issues on a device. This includes remotely viewing the device screen and directly interacting with the device controls from your computer.

To launch a remote support session:

  1. Go to Devices.
  2. Select one or more devices to run an action on.
  3. Click ACTIONS > Launch Knox Remote Support. For more information, see Knox Remote Support Viewer.
