Knox Remote Support lets IT admins control and support devices remotely. When using Knox Remote Support, IT admins can remotely view the device screen and directly interact with the device controls from their PC. This hands-on, interactive process minimizes the time and effort spent on troubleshooting. Various other features such as device file transfer, screen capturing, and screen recording are also available.
Knox Remote Support has two components:
- Viewer — A tool available on the Knox Admin Portal or Knox Manage console that provides you with remote interactive control of a device.
- Agent — An app on the device that provides a secure connection to the Knox Remote Support server, enabling remote support sessions.

- Console — A web-based interface that you can use to initiate and manage remote support sessions for devices in your organization. You can access it from either Knox Admin Portal or Knox Manage console. It includes a widget that provides remote interactive control of a device, referred to as the remote viewer.
- Agent — An app on the device that provides a secure connection to the Knox Remote Support server, enabling remote support sessions.
