How can I use Knox Remote Support on single-app kiosk mode devices?
When the Knox Remote Support Agent is activated for the first time, it requires end-user consent regarding personal privacy. But in single-app kiosk mode, the consent pop-up does not show up.
The permission process is mandatory, and this cannot be skipped. However, it is only required at the initial activation of the Knox Remote Support Agent. So, it is recommended to first grant access to the agent and then apply Kiosk mode.
