Navigate the Knox Manage agent

From the Knox Manage agent, device users can review the settings assigned to their device as well as perform troubleshooting actions.
The home screen displays the following tiles and sections.
Account information
The Account information tile displays information about your name and device’s model. Above it, tap to see notices sent by your IT admin. Tap to open the Account information screen and view details about your device, tenant, and management type.
Device commands
The Device commands tile displays the Fetch device commands button, which helps trigger pending commands from your IT admin that may have failed.
Configurations
The Configurations tile displays the number of configurations, such as Wi-Fi and Certificate, that your IT admin deployed to your device, including ones that must be updated or re-installed. Tap to open the Configurations screen and view the full list of configurations set for your device. On it, you can download or delete the displayed configurations.
Content
The Content tile displays the number of content files assigned to your device. Tap to open the Content screen and view the full list of configurations set for your device.
App store
Tap App store to open the Google Play Store. From here, you can install apps your IT admin has assigned to you.
Settings
Tap Settings to view event notifications, unenrollment options, and policies assigned to your device.
Support
Tap Support to view troubleshooting options if you run into problems on your device. The following options are available:
- Call — Displays your IT admin’s phone number if your IT admin has set their contact information in the console.
- Send Email — Displays your IT admin’s email if your IT admin has set their contact information in the console.
- Send diagnostics log — Sends the diagnostics log to your IT admin to help them troubleshoot your device issues.
- Knox Remote Support — Launches Knox Remote Support if your IT admin has installed it.
- Self-service actions — Provides troubleshooting actions you can complete on your own.
- Debug mode — Enables Debug mode which collects additional data and diagnostics. Once enabled, you can reproduce device issues, then send the diagnostics log again to your IT admin.
- Save diagnostic logs — Saves the dumpstate logs on your device. You can transfer them to your PC with a USB.
- Re-apply Wi-Fi configurations — Re-applies the Wi-Fi configurations your IT admin set using Knox Service Plugin.
- Refresh push token — Syncs the expired push token to Knox Manage. Your IT admin may ask you to perform this action to refresh the token.
- Report device public key — Reports the push token to your IT admin if its expired.
- Send Managed Google Play account — Sends the Managed Google Play account registered on the device to the Knox Manage console. If an account wasn’t previously registered, then your IT admin may ask you to perform this action to ensure they can deploy apps to your device.
About
Tap About to see what version of the Knox Manage agent is running on your device. If a new version is available, you can click Update to install it.
