View and edit rules

This document is new for the Knox cloud services 26.06 UAT.
Once you create and assign a rule, you can view it from the Rules page and perform actions on it. At the top of the page, you can search for a rule by its name.

In the rules table, you can view information on the rules you created.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| RULE NAME | The rule's name. Click it to see the rule's details. |
| CONDITION CATEGORY | The condition set for the rule. |
| GROUPS | The number of groups the rule is assigned to. Click the number to see a list of associated groups. |
| LAST UPDATED | The date and time when the rule was last updated. |
Perform actions on a rule
From the ACTIONS drop-down, you can perform the following actions on a rule:
- Assign rule — Assign the rule to groups.
- Unassign rule — Unassigns the rule from groups.
- Edit rule — Edits the rule. While you can’t choose a new condition, you can edit the configuration for the current one. For instance, if you previously chose the schedule condition, you can edit the current date and time, but you can’t choose the geofence condition.
- Delete rule — Deletes the rule.
