View and edit rules

Once you create and assign a rule, you can view it from the Rules page and perform actions on it. At the top of the page, you can search for a rule by its name.
In the rules table, you can view information on the rules you created.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| RULE NAME | The rule's name. Click it to see the rule's details. |
| RULE TYPE | The type of rule: General rule or Compliance rule. |
| CONDITION CATEGORY | The condition set for the rule. |
| GROUPS | The number of groups the rule is assigned to. Click the number to see a list of associated groups. |
| NON-COMPLIANT DEVICES | The number of devices marked as Non-compliant by a compliance rule. |
| LAST UPDATED | The date and time when the rule was last updated. |
Perform actions on a rule
From the ACTIONS drop-down, you can perform the following actions on a rule:
- Assign rule — Assign the rule to groups.
- Unassign rule — Unassigns the rule from groups.
- Edit rule — Edits the rule. The condition can’t be changed.
- Delete rule — Deletes the rule.
