Custom watchface is not applied after a software update

After a software update, the custom watchface applied in Knox Configure is not applied on the device.


This is expected behaviour. After a software update, the framework is cleared.


After a software update, perform one of the methods below to restore the custom watchface:

  • Go to the device’s Settings, then select About Device > Software Info > Knox Configure > Apply latest profile.
  • From the Knox Configure console, perform a profile push to the device. See Updating an existing device profile > push an update.
  • Factory reset the device and re-enroll the device in Knox Configure.
  • Block software updates.
