If you have any issues with Knox Configure, you can access support resources by clicking the Question mark button icon in the upper right corner.

Get help and provide feedback


To submit a support ticket or view your previously submitted tickets, click Submit/View support tickets.

You can also Contact a call center or access Enterprise technical support if you need additional assistance.

The operational statuses of all Samsung Knox services are listed on Click Check service status to open the status page.
