Provide feedback

If you have feedback about your experience using Knox Configure, you can submit it to the Knox Configure team for review or, if you require additional assistance, contact Samsung Knox support.

To leave feedback for the Samsung Knox Configure team:

  1. Click Question mark button in the upper-right corner, then click Send feedback from the list of options.

  2. Under Service, select Knox Configure.

  3. Add a Subject for your feedback. While the Subject is optional, we recommend you include one so the Knox Configure support team can better group and categorize your feedback for potential future improvements. The Subject is limited to 100 characters.

  4. Under Description, enter the feedback you want to provide. This is a required field and should thoroughly describe the issue you want to communicate to the Knox Configure support team. The Description is limited to 5,000 characters.

  5. When you’re done, click SUBMIT to send your feedback to the Knox Configure support team.
