Uploading an application to KC fails with a 400003 error

- Knox Configure China (KC China)
IT administrators are reporting that some applications are failing to be uploaded to the KC China portal. You may be presented with the following error:
The application is invalid: the manifest XML is missing. 
KC China is unable to detect the manifest file of the APK.
The KC China team is currently working on a fix. Please check back for updates on the release.
Add the APK file to devices in the KC profile under Applications & content > Content instead.
The end user will need to install the APK file manually by accessing the content folder once the device has been configured to the KC profile.Back to KBAs
