Why do I get an error message when I try to add an admin to my Knox Configure tenant?

You might be experiencing an error because the admin you are inviting already has a account. Please contact Samsung Knox Support for more information.

Only Tenant Admins can manage and add other admins to Knox Configure. The Tenant Admin is the person who set up Knox Configure account for the enterprise. To learn more about administrator roles, see Administrators.
