Knox Cloud API blocked when Knox E-FOTA is connected to EMM groups

Environment

• Knox Cloud API
• Knox E-FOTA

Overview

When using the Knox Cloud API, you may encounter the following error if you are syncing with one or more EMM groups in the Knox E-FOTA console:

Knox Cloud API is currently blocked because 1 or more EMM groups are syncing.

Cause

Knox Cloud API and Knox E-FOTA API calls are blocked when Knox E-FOTA is connected to an EMM and synced with EMM groups.

Resolution

To use the Knox Cloud API, you must first disconnect any EMMs from the Knox E-FOTA console.
