Launch the Knox Guard console
Once you acquire your Samsung account and obtain access to the Knox Admin Portal, you must send an email to knoxguard@samsung.com requesting a Knox Guard account.
To access the Knox Guard console, your local network must be configured with ports 443 and 80 open.
Once approved, you can sign in to the Knox Guard console:
- US — https://us-kg-portal.samsungknox.com/admin/dashboard
- EU — https://eu-kg-portal.samsungknox.com/admin/dashboard
If you use any other Knox cloud services along with Knox Guard, you can access Knox Guard from the Knox Admin Portal. Conversely, the Samsung Knox Admin Portal link is available from the Knox Guard console as shown below.
