App blocklist

To use this feature, you need a Knox Guard Advanced license.
You can block frequently-used apps from the devices by creating an app blocklist. This can help motivate users with delinquent devices to pay their owed service fees, before you need to resort to harsher measures, such as locking the device. To update this setting for select devices, see Update app blocklist.
To set the default lock settings for all devices:

Go to Policies.

Click APP BLOCKLIST under SETTINGS.

Turn on Restrict certain apps.

Add the package names of the apps you want to block.

Click SAVE.
