Request user consent and send customer notifications when pushing profiles

When pushing updates to a Dynamic edition profile, you now have the option to request consent from the device user before the updates are applied. Additionally, you can show a custom notification (up to 400 characters) on the consent screen to inform device users of the changes. To learn more about updating profiles, see Edit profiles.

Deprecations

Restricted access to device factory reset and app remote control

Due to changes in Knox Configure 25.04, the following features are only available for devices uploaded by an approved Knox reseller, or by a Knox MSP with appropriate reseller permissions:

• Factory reset
• Factory reset and eSIM deletion
• Third party app remote control

If you have devices uploaded from either the Knox Deployment App or via QR code, then you’ll have to contact Knox support if you want to use these features with your devices.
