How to bulk query devices with Knox Configure China

This article provides information on how to bulk query devices with Knox Configure China.

All devices must already exist in your Knox device inventory. You can query a maximum of 10,000 devices per upload.

To bulk query devices:

Sign in to Knox Configure China with your Knox credentials.
Go to Devices.
Click Action > Bulk query devices.
Click Download CSV file template.
Open the CSV file in a text editor or spreadsheet app, and enter the device IDs you want to query. Device IDs can either be the device’s IMEI/MEID or serial number.
Upload the filled CSV template, then click Submit.

The console shows the status of all devices included in the CSV file that was uploaded.
