Missing app and network data on console

Starting September 28th, 2023, some admins might encounter the issue where the app and network data is missing on the Knox Asset Intelligence console for their device fleet.
The function responsible for returning a list of customers has a limit of 1,000 maximum entries. On September 28th, 2023, the number of customers exceeded 1,000. As a result, some of the user data wasn’t queried, causing the issue.
The Samsung Knox Asset Intelligence team is aware of the issue, and is currently working on a fix.Back to KBAs
