How do I change the support information displayed on the Knox Mobile Enrollment device splash screen?

You can change the company name, address, and support contact details that are displayed to users while initiating enrollment with Knox Mobile Enrollment by following the steps below.

  1. Sign in to SamsungKnox.com with the super admin of the account.

  2. From the Knox Dashboard, select the Knox Mobile Enrollment tile.

  3. From the KME console, in the top right corner, click on the circular account ID icon.

  4. Select Manage services & preferences.

  5. On the following page, under the Knox Mobile Enrollment subheader, select DEFAULT SUPPORT INFORMATION.

  6. On this page, you can change the company name, address, and support email/telephone number.
