Knox Mobile Enrollment Direct frequently asked questions

If the devices are registered in the Knox Mobile Enrollment console and staged by Knox Mobile Enrollment Direct without an internet connection, then the devices are prompted to perform a factory reset whenever they are connected to a public network.

This behavior occurs because Knox Mobile Enrollment has higher priority than Knox Mobile Enrollment Direct. Avoid registering devices in Knox Mobile Enrollment if you have staged them using Knox Mobile Enrollment Direct.
