Before you begin

To start using Knox Mobile Enrollment, you’ll need:

  • A Samsung Knox account. When you sign up for a Samsung Knox account, you’re automatically signed up for a Knox Suite trial license. For more information, see how you can create a Samsung account.

  • Samsung devices running an appropriate Knox version. For the most up-to-date list of devices that Knox Mobile Enrollment supports, see Devices secured by Knox.

  • An EMM provider that supports Knox Mobile Enrollment. See Knox partner solutions for a list of EMMs that Knox Mobile Enrollment supports.

  • The correct firewall exemptions to allow network traffic with the Knox Mobile Enrollment server. See Samsung Knox firewall exceptions for more information.

  • A supported browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox).

Furthermore, you must ensure Knox Mobile Enrollment is available in your region. See Supported locations for an up-to-date list of regions where Knox Mobile Enrollment can operate.

Note

Knox Mobile Enrollment is included with Knox Suite. If you’re interested in Knox Mobile Enrollment, you’ll need to sign up for a free Knox Suite trial to get access to the console.
