Disabling of Allow data roaming policy

Due to a recent upstream change in Knox 3.10, if your EMM profile enables the Allow data roaming policy, the actual data roaming setting in Android is always turned off. If your profile doesn’t set this policy, the device user’s choice for the setting is respected like normal.

To guard against this issue while a solution is underway, the Allow data roaming policy is no longer available as of version 1.4.32 of the Knox Service Plugin app.
