Why do I get the error, ‘No apps can perform this action’ when trying to reply to a calendar event in SPlanner?

All Samsung devices supporting the Knox framework.
When end users try to reply to a a calendar event in Splanner, they get the message “no apps can perform this action”.
This is the standard behavior when the ’enable content sharing’ policy is set to false.
Enable the ‘Allow Content Sharing’ policy in your EMM console to allow your end users to use this feature.Back to KBAs
