Unable to access internet with a VPN

You might encounter an issue where you’re unable to access the internet on some devices when a device-wide VPN is enabled.


If a device’s APN is configured to only accept IPv6 addresses, attempting to resolve an IPv4 address fails, causing the issue.

The Knox Platform for Enterprise team is aware of the issue, and is currently working on a fix.
