How do I delete my Samsung Knox account?

Samsung Knox provides the option to request deletion of your Samsung Knox account. Once a request is submitted, you won’t be able to access the Knox Admin Portal anymore, and the request will be processed within 30 days.

Before submitting a deletion request, ensure that there are no devices associated with your account.

How do I request deletion of my Knox account?

To submit a request to delete your account:

  1. Sign in to the Knox Admin Portal.
  2. On the Knox Admin Portal, click your account icon > My account.
  3. In your account settings, go to PRIVACY SETTINGS, then click Delete Samsung Knox Account And Services.
  5. Re-enter your Samsung account password.
