Support syncing duplicate devices in an EMM group

This release allows you to sync devices in an EMM group to Knox E-FOTA even if there are duplicate devices in the EMM group. An enrolled device that is factory reset and then re-enrolled creates a duplicate of the device in the EMM group. Previously, an EMM group sync with Knox E-FOTA would fail if there were any duplicate devices. Now you can sync devices in an EMM group to Knox E-FOTA even if duplicate devices are present.
