Manage campaigns

See how you can view and manage campaigns on the Knox E-FOTA Campaigns page.
To view your campaigns:
- Sign in to the Knox Admin Portal. In the left sidebar, click Knox E-FOTA.
- Go to Campaign.
The list shows information about your campaigns on Knox E-FOTA, including:
- CAMPAIGN — The name of this campaign. Click on its name to modify the campaign. For full details about campaign policies, see Create a campaign.
- STATUS — The current status of this campaign.
- Active — The campaign is in effect.
- Scheduled — The campaign will activate on its start date.
- Expired — The campaign’s end date has passed.
- Cancelled — The campaign was cancelled manually.
- DEVICES — The number of devices assigned to this campaign.
- COMPLETE RATE — The percentage of devices that have completed firmware updates.
- START TIME — The campaign’s start date and time.
- END TIME — The campaigns end date and time.
- MODIFIED — The date when this campaign was last modified.
Campaign actions
Click the Actions dropdown to perform the following actions:
- Create test campaign — Create a test campaign with so you can test campaign policies with dummy firmware. For details, see Create a test campaign.
- Cancel campaign — Cancels selected campaigns. Policies of the campaign are no longer applied, but devices will complete any ongoing firmware installations first.
- Delete campaign — Deletes the selected campaign.
- Duplicate campaign — Creates a copy of the selected campaign. A duplicated campaign’s name contains a copy suffix, which you must edit to uniquify. All the other settings of the source campaign are copied.
- Send campaign as CSV — Sends campaign information of selected campaigns to your email in CSV format.
Campaign termination behavior
The following table outlines what happens to a campaign and its assigned devices when the campaign is terminated, depending on how it was terminated.
