Overview

You may encounter the following error when attempting to sign into Samsung Knox using your Samsung account.

Error: Couldn't load webpage

Cause

This error is usually caused due to an issue with your browser’s cookies and cache.

It can also be caused by ad-blocking or CAPTCHA extensions installed on your browser.

Resolution

First, try deleting all the cookies and cache for your browser.

If the issue persists, ensure that any ad-blocker or CAPTCHA extensions installed on your browsers are either uninstalled or removed.

If the above steps doesn’t resolve the issue, contact Samsung Account support.
