View and manage licenses

Last updated October 21st, 2026

You can add, view, and manage all your Samsung Care Pro licenses on the common Licenses page of the Knox Admin Portal.

On the license list, you can click SERVICE/TYPE (Filter icon) and filter the list by selecting Samsung Care Pro.

To learn more about the types of licenses available, see About Samsung Care Pro licenses.

Add a license

If you provided your reseller your Knox Customer ID when purchasing a Samsung Care Pro license, they can automatically register the license to your account.

If you were provided a license key after purchasing a Samsung Care Pro license, you’ll need to add the license to your account:

  1. On the Knox Admin Portal, go to Licenses.
  2. Click ACTIONS > Enter license key.
  3. Enter a license name and the license key. Once you enter a valid license key, its corresponding license information shows underneath.
  4. Click ADD.

The Licenses page automatically updates to show your license. If you’re registering a license that has a Start date in the future, a notification alerts you that the license can be assigned to devices before the activation date. Coverage for devices assigned this license only begins when the license is officially active.

Assign or unassign a license

To register a device for coverage, or unassign a license from your devices, you’ll need to use bulk actions. For more information, see Register devices for coverage.

Once the license is successfully assigned to devices, a proof of coverage email is sent to your account’s super admin and, if applicable, the sub-admin who performed this action.

Cancel a license

To cancel a license order, speak with your Samsung representative. Canceled licenses display on the license list with the Expired status, and can’t be assigned to new devices.
