About Samsung Care Pro licenses

Last updated October 21st, 2026

To register your devices for coverage, you’ll need a license. Samsung Care Pro offers different license tiers to suit your business needs.

Samsung Care Pro is built to adapt to the size of your device fleet. Coverage is available in 1-5 year terms, with a customizable number of license seats. When purchasing a Samsung Care Pro license, you’ll work with a dedicated sales representative to determine how many devices you’d like to cover, and how long they’ll be covered.

What’s covered by Samsung Care Pro licenses

With Samsung Care Pro, you’re eligible to receive a variety of priority technical support and flexible device care services:

Priority Technical Support Device Care
  • Unlimited priority technical support, with a first response within four business hours.
  • Live call support for troubleshooting and general assistance.
  • Unlimited repairs for manufacturer's defects covered under warranty.
  • Exchange eligible damaged devices within the next business day*.
  • Schedule a suitable delivery time for the pick-up and return of your devices*.

* The availability of these services depends on your region. Speak with your Samsung representative for exact details on what’s available for you.

These core services are available to all customers, regardless of license tier. The key difference between tiers mainly lies in the size and scope of device repair coverage.

License tiers

Samsung Care Pro is available in two different license tiers:

  • Samsung Care Pro - Select: Priority technical support with flexible device coverage shared at the account level.
  • Samsung Care Pro - Enterprise: Priority technical support with flexible device coverage at scale. Offers a longer enrollment window and coverage for a percentage of all your devices.

A detailed comparison of license tiers is as follows:

Samsung Care Pro - Select Samsung Care Pro - Enterprise

  • Minimum order quantity: The minimum number of license seats you must purchase.
  • Enrollment window: You must register the device for Samsung Care Pro coverage within this enrollment window. Once this window has passed, the device is no longer eligible for coverage.
  • Available coverage credits: The amount of coverage credits available for each license. To submit a service request to repair or replace a device, you must have sufficient coverage credits. Not applicable for theft, loss, or damages covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Customer success manager: A dedicated expert who assists you with onboarding, oversees your support cases, and helps you escalate any issues if necessary.

In summary, Samsung Care Pro - Select offers coverage credits without a minimum order size. Each year, you’re issued 1 credit for each device you have covered, which you can use to submit a service request for any device in your account. For businesses with 500 or more devices, you’ll also be assigned a customer success manager to assist with onboarding and support issues.

On the other hand, Samsung Care Pro - Enterprise offers broader repair coverage for a percentage of your fleet throughout your contracted term. It also includes a customer success manager and a longer enrollment window.
