Session timeout countdown

The MSP portal footer features a new countdown timer, which lets you know how long you have until your session expires. In addition to the new timer, you also receive a notification five minutes before the session ends, and have the option to manually extend the session if required. Make API calls on behalf of managed customers

You can now call Knox service APIs on behalf of your managed customers using the Knox OAuth 2.0 token. To learn more about this feature, see the Knox MSP developer release notes.

Update

MSP admin activity logs enabled by default

This release allows all MSP admins to view the Activity log page by default, even if they don’t have the Activity log permission granted in their Role. Previously, if this permission was not granted, the menu was not displayed.

Additionally, the role permission logic has changed:

• If the Activity log permission in Roles is not granted, MSP admins can only view their own events.
• If the Activity log permission in Roles is granted, MSP admins can view events across the entire tenant, as well as events for the customers they manage.
