Email notifications

You can choose to opt in and out of receiving emails from Knox services that you manage. To manage your email notification settings:
- Click your account icon in the top-right, then click Settings.
- On the PERSONAL EMAIL PREFERENCES tab, select the service for which you want to manage email notifications.
- When you’re done, click SAVE to save your changes or X in the top-right to cancel them.
Manage email preferences
When configuring email preferences, choose the types of emails you want to receive from each service. The following tables describe the email options for each service:
MSP Portal
The MSP Portal allows Managed Service Providers to manage customer accounts and device uploads.

| Customer accepts or rejects management and delink requests | Receive notifications when customers accept or reject management requests and delink requests | |

| MSP Knox Guard permission changes | N/A | Receive emails when Samsung admin has given or revoked MSP permission to manage Knox Guard (only applicable if your company is using Knox Guard) |
General Knox Service Settings
These settings apply across all Knox cloud services for your managed customers.
