Email notifications

Email communication from Samsung differs depending upon the type of customer account — that is, whether the account is jointly managed or fully managed — or the type of action taken. Keeping that in mind, separate sets of emails are sent to the Super admin, the admin that initiated the action, or to all of the MSP admins.

Manage notification emails

You can choose to opt in and out of receiving emails from customer Knox services that you manage. To manage your email notification settings:

  1. Click your account icon in the top-right, then click Settings.

  2. On the PERSONAL EMAIL PREFERENCES tab, select the service for which you want to manage email notifications.

  1. When you’re done, click SAVE to save your changes or X in the top-right to cancel them.
