Overview

You might encounter an error that states that your account has been suspended for security reasons when you try and sign in with your KME account.

Cause

This error can occur when there is a problem with your user account. The Samsung support team will need to investigate to resolve the issue.

Resolution

Please submit a support ticket and include the email address of your KME account.
