Switch your company’s sign-in method to Samsung account for Business
If you currently use a personal Samsung account to sign in to the Knox MSP Portal to manage services for Knox customers, you now have the option to switch to a new sign-in method using a Samsung account for Business.
This new sign-in method enables you to manage accounts, enforce security and compliance requirements, and optimize your business operations while keeping your work data separate from your personal Samsung account. If you’re a super admin, a banner is shown on the Knox MSP Portal, from where you can initiate the transition for yourself or for other admins in your tenant.
For more information about this process, see Switch your sign-in method to Samsung account for Business.
Updates
Receive email alerts for device security lifecycle changes (Labs)
You can now enable email notifications for device security lifecycle changes to stay informed of events that may require attention. When enabled, you receive emails when a managed customer’s devices reach the end of security support or have their security patch update cadence changed. You can enable these notifications from Account preferences > PERSONAL EMAIL PREFERENCES.
Support for Knox Manage new console profile cloning
Previously, when using the copy profile feature for Knox Manage, you could only copy profiles created in the original console. In this release, you can now copy new console profiles from one customer to another. To learn more about copying profiles, see Manage profiles.
