New
New permissions to access Knox Manage (new console) features
A new set of permissions is available under the KNOX MANAGE PERMISSIONS group on the Create role page, enabling granular control of Knox Manage (new console) features when creating roles for sub-admins. To learn more about this new permission set, see Manage roles.
Enhanced security on customer details panel
To enhance the security of the Knox MSP Portal and protect sensitive customer information like contact emails and phone numbers, the customer details panel will now only display personal information when customers have at least one active service. If your managed customer does not have any active services and is in the Pending or Rejected state, then their personal information is hidden.

Knox Manage (new console) as default setting when managing new accounts
When you add a new fully or jointly managed customer to the Knox MSP Portal, and you are managing their Knox Manage service for the first time, your new customer’s Knox Manage tenant will be configured as the new console by default.
This change only affects you if you’re managing Knox Manage for the first time. If you are already managing Knox Manage for existing customers, and you add a new fully or jointly managed customer to the Knox MSP Portal, then your new customer’s tenant will be configured as the original console by default.
