Submit in-app feedback

Knox Authentication Manager has an in-app feedback reporting feature that allows the users to submit bugs, feature requests, or general feedback messages to the Knox Authentication Manager team during the onboarding stage.

If you need help or assistance with Knox Authentication Manager, please submit a support ticket.

To send in-app feedback:

  1. On the Knox Authentication Manager homescreen, tap Give feedback.

  2. Choose Bug, Feature request, or Other as the feedback type and enter a message.

    Give in-app feedback.

  3. Tap Submit.
