View the app’s managed configuration

To help debug issues related to Knox Authentication Manager, you can view the app’s managed configuration on the About screen.

To do this, you first need to enable Debug mode on the device. See Use Debug mode for more information.

Once Debug mode is enabled:

1. Open the app menu, then tap About.
2. On the About screen, tap Knox Authentication Manager six times to reveal the app’s managed configuration.
