Next, add some devices to the portal. Most Knox services offer the convenience of device-based enrollment, but you typically need to register a device’s information before it can be enrolled. Each service supports several methods of adding devices, but in general:
- You’ll need device information — for example, a list of IMEIs — from your device reseller.
- Depending on the supported enrollment methods for each service, you can add device information from the console or use the Knox Deployment app to add and enroll individual devices.
You’ll need to add devices through individual Knox services, but you can search for any device you’ve added to a service using the global device search. You can also find a device using the common device list, which consolidates device information from all Knox services. For more details, see View and manage devices.
