Step 1 — Check your licenses

First, let’s make sure you have a valid Knox Suite license. In the navigation pane of the Knox Admin Portal, click Licenses. On this page, you’ll see a list of all the licenses that you or your reseller added to the portal.
By default, you can see your Knox Suite trial license and use the services under Knox Suite in the navigation pane. If you purchased a commercial Knox license, your reseller can add it to the portal for you. You’ll get an email notification when a license key is added to your account.
If you want to try other services, or your current trial license has expired, you can generate a free trial license. If you already have a license, you can also enter the key in the portal.
