  2. Answer a few questions about the incident to verify your coverage.

  3. Choose one of the following convenient service modes:

    • Walk-in service

    • On-site service

Service process

Once you open a claim, Servify ships the insured device to a Servify service location or an authorized Samsung Service Center. Once service is complete, Servify returns the insured device to you covering the shipping costs to and from your location.

Servify may also offer to provide service through other modes, if available, such as—

  • Walk-in service where you can walk-in for service at your convenience during the working hours of Servify’s service location. If you choose the walk-in option, you bear any applicable costs of travel to and from such a service location. Servify’s responsibilities are limited to only covering the repairs, limited to the terms of your plan.
  • On-site service where a qualified technician is sent to your registered address to repair your device on the spot. Such an offer is at Servify’s sole discretion and is not mandatory. In the event of you choosing on-site service, you are informed of the visit charges, if any, at the time of scheduling the on-site service request.
