Access the documentation

To access documentation for the Knox Partner Program, Knox Deployment Program (Knox Reseller Portal), and Knox MSP Program, click Support in the navigation pane.

Submit a support ticket

  1. On the Knox Partner Portal, go to Support > Submit Support Ticket to open the support site. If you’re an MSP, you can submit support tickets for Knox cloud services on behalf of your customers.

  2. On the support site, click Create a Case.

  3. Choose a category for your ticket.

    Category Description
    Knox MSP Partnership Issues related to your MSP partnership; for example, questions about the MSP tiers.
    Knox Partner Program General partnership issues.
    Portal Issue Issues related to the usage of portal features or functionality.
  4. If you chose the Knox MSP Partnership category, also choose a Detail to direct your ticket to the appropriate recipient.

  5. For the Issued Location field, start typing your location name, and location suggestions are shown:

  6. Click Next.

  7. Write a message describing the issue you’re experiencing, and click Finish.
