Check device status

You can check the status of devices associated with a Knox license key.

  1. On the Knox Partner Portal, go to Tools > Device Status.

  2. Enter a Knox license key.

  3. Provide the device IMEIs that you want to check, in one of two ways:

    • Under My device IMEIs, enter a list of comma-separated device IMEIs that you want to check.

    • Or, upload a CSV file that contains a list of your device IMEIs. If you’re creating a new CSV file, click download template, then enter your device IMEIs in the CSV file following the format used in the template.

  4. Click CHECK STATUS.
