Knox Partner Program frequently asked questions

The Knox Partner Program is Samsung’s ecosystem of B2B solutions and services for our enterprise partners, and is designed to assist businesses with customer outreach and growth by providing training, technical support, marketing, and assistance with sales activities.

No, there is no charge to join the Knox Partner Program. You just need to visit the Knox Partner Program site, and click Become a Partner to complete the application form.

You’ll need to be a registered business with a D-U-N-S number (registered with Dun & Bradstreet), and sign up using your corporate email address. Please note, your company will need to use the same address used to register with Dun & Bradstreet to join the Knox Partner Program.

Knox Partners are companies that offer mobile solutions and services to their customers, or for internal company use. This can include B2B businesses. Samsung works with independent service/solution vendors (ISVs), system integrators (SIs), managed service providers (MSPs), device and license resellers (Knox Deployment Program), accessory providers, and more.

Yes. When you enroll in the Knox Partner Program, you can choose one or more of the following partner types:

  • MDM/EMM/UEM
  • Independent Solution Vendor (ISV)
  • Accessory Provider
  • System Integrator (SI)
  • Knox Managed Service Provider (MSP)
  • Samsung Device Reseller (KDP)
  • Knox License Reseller

Yes, you can request to change your partner type or add another type:

  1. On the Knox Partner Portal, go to Support > Submit Support Ticket.

  2. On the support site, click Create a Case.

  3. Choose the Knox Partner Program category.

  4. For the Issued Location field, start typing a location name, and location suggestions will be shown.

  5. Click Next.

  6. Write a message describing the changes you’d like to make, and click Finish.

Partner registration is required for access to Samsung Knox development tools. These tools, such as the Samsung Knox SDKs, provide developers with access and control over powerful Samsung device security and granular management features. Once you’ve registered as a partner, you can access the Developer tools by clicking Knox Developers on the Knox Partner Portal.

Create a support case by clicking Support on the Knox Partner Portal.

To join the Knox Partner Program, you must be a registered business entity with a valid Dun & Bradstreet D-U-N-S Number. A D-U-N-S Number is a unique nine-digit identifier that is used to access business information. When you enroll in the Knox Partner Program, you’ll be asked to provide your D-U-N-S Number so the identity of your company can be verified.

To check if you already have a D-U-N-S Number, sign in to the Knox Partner Portal, and find your D-U-N-S Number on the Knox partner site.
