The Knox Partner Program is Samsung’s ecosystem of B2B solutions and services for our enterprise partners, and is designed to assist businesses with customer outreach and growth by providing training, technical support, marketing, and assistance with sales activities.

No, there is no charge to join the Knox Partner Program. To become a Knox Partner, you only need to visit partner.samsungknox.com, click BECOME A PARTNER, then complete the application form.

Your company must be registered with a D-U-N-S, VAT, or Business Registration number, and you must sign up using your corporate email address.

The information you enter during Knox Partner Program registration must match the information you used to register for a D-U-N-S, VAT, or Business Registration number.

Knox partners are B2B businesses that offer mobile solutions and services to their customers, or for their own internal company use. Samsung works with independent service/solution vendors (ISVs), system integrators (SIs), managed service providers (MSPs), device and license resellers (Knox Deployment Program), accessory providers, and more.

Yes. During your Knox Partner Program application, you can choose one or more of the following partner types to apply as:

  • MDM/EMM/UEM
  • Independent Solution Vendor (ISV)
  • Accessory Provider
  • System Integrator (SI)
  • Knox Managed Service Provider (MSP)
  • Samsung Device Reseller (KDP)
  • Knox License Reseller

Yes, you can request to change your partner type or add another type by completing the following steps:

  1. Sign into the Knox Partner Portal, then go to Support > Partnership, benefits and accounts > SUBMIT A TICKET.

  2. On the support site, click Create a Case.

  3. For the Support Category field, select Knox Partner Program.

  4. For the Issued Location field, type to search for, and then select a location.

  5. Click Next.

  6. Write a subject and message describing the changes you’d like to make, and click Finish.

You must be registered in the Knox Partner Program to access the Knox developer tools, such as the Samsung Knox SDKs. Once you’ve registered as a partner, go to Knox Developers in the Knox Partner Portal to access these developer tools.

You can access your license keys through the Knox Developer Portal.

To access the Knox Developer Portal, you must first be registered in the Knox Partner Program. Once you’ve registered as a partner, click Knox Developers on the Knox Partner Portal, then click License keys > My license keys on the left navigation pane.

If you don’t see License keys in the left navigation pane, contact your Samsung sales partner to request access.

You can access your cloud apps through the Knox Developer Portal.

To access the Knox Developer Portal, you must first be registered in the Knox Partner Program. Once you’ve registered as a partner, click Knox Developers on the Knox Partner Portal, then click Cloud Apps on the left navigation pane.

If you don’t see Cloud Apps in the left navigation pane, you must request access to the Cloud Apps feature.

A D-U-N-S Number is a unique nine-digit identifier that is used to access business information. To join the Knox Partner Program, you must be a registered business entity with a valid Dun & Bradstreet D-U-N-S Number.

During your application for the Knox Partner Program, you’ll be asked to provide your D-U-N-S Number so the identity of your company can be verified. To search for your D-U-N-S Number, click Find your company’s DUNS number during your company registration process to go to the Dun & Bradstreet D-U-N-S Number Lookup tool.

If you don’t have a D-U-N-S Number, you can also use a VAT or Business Registration number to apply for the Knox Partner Program.
