Step 3 — Check your licenses

First, verify that you have an appropriate Knox Suite license. In the navigation pane of the Knox Admin Portal, click Licenses to view the licenses that you or your reseller added to the portal.

If you chose a trial license when creating the Knox account, the trial license is shown on the Licenses page. If you purchased a commercial Knox license, you or your reseller can add it to the portal. You’ll receive an email notification when a license key is added to your account.

If you want to try other services or your current trial license has expired, you can use the available actions on the Licenses page to generate a free trial license. If you already have a license, you can also enter the key in the portal.
