Overview

The Knox Admin Portal is your central hub for managing Knox cloud services, licenses, devices, and admins. To access the portal, you need to sign in with your Samsung Knox account.

You can sign in using one of the following accounts:

• Samsung account for Business — If you created a Samsung Knox account in Knox cloud services 25.11 or a later release, you sign in using your account ID.
• Personal Samsung account — If you created a Samsung Knox account before the 25.11 release, you sign in using your email address.
• Identity provider (IdP) — You can connect an identity provider, such as Microsoft Entra, Ping Identity, or Okta, to enable single sign-on for your company. Once connected, all sub-admins sign in using their IdP credentials.

You’re automatically directed to the sign-in process that matches the credentials you provide.
