Retrieve data

You can use Knox AI Assist to retrieve an assortment of data directly from your Knox cloud services.

General device information

You can use Knox AI Assist to summarize the current state of your devices:

• Retrieve the status and details of all your devices.
• View information about specific devices using their IMEI or another identifier.
• Review devices across your tenant or by specific criteria.

Service-specific data

Knox AI Assist can summarize information and gather key insights for select Knox cloud services, including:

• Knox Mobile Enrollment: View information about your enrollment profiles, configured profile settings, and assigned devices.

• Knox E-FOTA: Summarize information about the status of your campaigns, recent firmware trends, issues with your deployment, and more.

• Knox Asset Intelligence: Summarize data from the Knox Asset Intelligence dashboard, including current issues, device health status, battery and app usage trends, network, security, and more.

  Data is only returned for services you use. At launch, Knox AI Assist can only return specific insights for Knox Mobile Enrollment, Knox E-FOTA, and Knox Asset Intelligence.

License information

Knox AI Assist can also provide an overview of your licenses, including the number of total active licenses, license seat information, and other license details.

Diagnostic logs

If you use Knox Asset Intelligence, you can ask Knox AI Assist to retrieve diagnostic logs from a specific device.

To retrieve device logs, you must have the Data access > Diagnostics permission in Knox Asset Intelligence. Only one device can be specified per query.
