About Knox AI Assist

Samsung Knox AI Assist is an intelligent, AI-powered assistant designed to streamline your experience with Samsung Knox cloud services. It provides real-time support for managing, troubleshooting, and efficiently resolving issues.

By leveraging advanced AI and multi-agent architecture, Knox AI Assist offers:

  • Data summarization and insights: Generate a detailed summary of your devices and deliver actionable insights.
  • Rapid error troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose and suggest possible fixes for common issues.
  • Contextual awareness: Understand your needs and provide actionable solutions relevant to your Knox cloud services.
  • Documentation search: Seamlessly query the Knox knowledge base for relevant guides, FAQs, and best practices.

How to access Knox AI Assist

In 26.06, Knox AI Assist (private preview) is officially available for select customers. If Samsung has enabled access your account, you can click the Knox AI Assist button in the top-left navigation to open the chat panel.

Open the AI Assist chat panel in the top-left navigation.

By default, access to Knox AI Assist is only available for your account’s super admin.

  • If you’re a super admin who’s unable to see the Knox AI Assist button, contact Samsung for access.

  • Super admins can grant sub-admins access to Knox AI Assist by assigning them the common Knox > Use Knox AI Assist permission.

To start a new session, enter a question into the chat box. If you’re not sure what to ask, click to open the prompt library.

Click the book to open the prompt library.

Here, you can view a collection of predefined prompt templates. Click Filter prompts to select the category you’d like to view.

View chat history

If you ever want to review, search, or continue a previous session, click in the menu to open the chat history. Chat logs are independent to each user and aren’t shared with other admins.

Review the chat history.

Click on a question to open the session. You can also click to permanently delete the session from your chat history. Past sessions are automatically deleted 30 days after the last input.
