Rate limits

Each admin can enter up to a maximum of 100 prompts per day. This limit is reset each day at 00:00 (UTC+00:00).

You may also be rate limited if too many requests are sent in a short period of time.

Knox AI Assist adheres to role-based access controls. As such, it can only retrieve information and perform actions available to the admin.

For example, if an admin asks Knox AI Assist to perform a device-related action:

Super admin	All	Retrieve device information and perform actions.
Sub-admin	View devices	Only retrieve device information.
	View and manage devices	Retrieve device information and perform actions.
	None	Can't access device information or perform any device related actions.

This limitation extends to all Knox services and their service-specific permissions.

To prevent misuse, Knox AI Assist has a number of guardrails in place.

To maintain a safe environment, ensure your queries relate to Samsung Knox. Content that breaches safety guidelines—such as attempts at prompt injection or the inclusion of harmful or irrelevant content—may be blocked.
We design our systems to detect and prevent the storage of personally identifiable information (PII). Knox AI Assist strives not to record, process, or log PII information from user queries.
If you send too many requests in a short period of time, you may be rate limited.

Currently, Knox AI Assist only officially supports inquiries in English.
