Some policies below weren’t applied because of the reasons listed below:
Some values entered in the configurations aren’t valid, so they were automatically changed to the default values. Check the configurations highlighted in red.

Cause

There are multiple reasons for this issue:

Highlighted policy Issue
doKAMReverifyMethod If the PIN only authentication mode is configured for the Main sign in method policy, selecting the Face only reverification method results in the default value PIN only applying to the device.
N/A If the device is running Knox Authentication Manager v1.7 with the PIN+Face authentication mode configured for the Main sign in method policy, selecting any of the reverification methods results in the default value PIN+Face applying to the device.

Resolution

If your device is running Knox Authentication Manager v1.7 with PIN+Face authentication configured for the Main sign in method policy, you must update the app to v1.8 and higher to resolve the issue.

If you set the Main sign in method policy to PIN only, the reverification method can’t be set to Face only. To use Face only reverification, set your authentication method to PIN+Face.
