View policies on the device

To help troubleshoot app issues, you can view the Knox Authentication Manager policies directly from your app’s About screen.

To do so, you first need to ensure that the Debug mode policy is set in your app’s managed configuration. Once enabled, do the following:

1. Open the app, tap the menu button, then tap About.
2. On the About screen, tap Knox Authentication Manager six times to reveal the app’s policies. If a profile name was configured in the Knox Authentication Manager policy settings, the name appears in the first line of the app’s Policy screen

3. Tap the back buttons on the Policy and About screens to return to the main app menu.
