Claim guide accessibility improvements

Starting with Samsung Care+ for Business 23.12, you can access regional claim guides from the Service request page on the console. Availability may vary depending on the country.

Improvements to device deletion messages

You can’t delete your device from the portal if it’s in Active or Active Pending states. This is now mentioned as a tooltip next to the STATUS column in the Devices page on the portal.

Additionally, a popup shows when you hover over the Delete device(s) button after selecting a device in the Active or Active Pending states.
